By using 1st-Date ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
You sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for your account and must provide accurate information. One account per person.
You agree not to harass or abuse others, post offensive or illegal content, impersonate someone, solicit money, share others' personal information without consent, or use bots or automated tools.
A 5-minute video call is required before messaging is unlocked. Video calls are not recorded by us. Recording or distributing call content without consent may violate applicable laws and will result in account termination.
1st-Date offers optional premium subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store to stop future charges.
We promote safety through video-first verification, but cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of other users. Always meet in public, tell someone your plans, and trust your instincts. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of profiles, user behavior, or uninterrupted access.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1ST-DATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
